Weyerhaeuser is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Service Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to grow their career in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service- Manage client accounts and ensure all their needs are met in a timely manner- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery- Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement and innovation- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
