Job Description:
Ro, a leading digital healthcare company based in New York City, is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client service roles and possess a reliable and driven personality.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner- Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and helpful responses to client queries- Innovate and implement new strategies to improve the overall client experience- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients- Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in client service roles- Reliable and driven personality traits- Strong research skills- Ability to innovate and think creatively to solve problems- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
