Marsh & McLennan is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Representative to join our team in New York City, New York. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with 0 years of experience who possess strong critical thinking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner- Assist clients with account inquiries, product information, and other related services- Process client orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance overall client experience- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services

Requirements:- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients- Resourceful in problem-solving and finding solutions to meet client needs- Strong critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make informed decisions- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
