MetLife is seeking a motivated and proactive Client Service Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.3. Process client requests, such as policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries.4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts in addressing client needs.5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.6. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients.
Requirements:1. Driven and confident personality traits to excel in customer-facing roles.2. Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.3. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client interactions and record-keeping.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
