Job Description:Graybar Electric is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Service Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliver high-quality service.3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database.4. Provide support in processing orders, invoices, and returns.5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients.
