Job Description:
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer in our Indianapolis office. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.3. Maintain accurate client records and update databases as needed.4. Assist clients with ticket purchases, exchanges, and refunds.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient client interactions.6. Monitor client accounts and ensure all payments are processed accurately.7. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients.8. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services to provide the highest level of support to clients.
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong decision-making abilities.4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.8. Knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus.
