Job Description:
The Client Service Officer at Adobe in Denver, Colorado will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a timely and professional manner. As a part-time associate level position, the Client Service Officer will handle a variety of client inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring that all client needs are met to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner2. Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of client interactions3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve any issues4. Conducting client onboarding and providing product demonstrations as needed5. Building strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention6. Providing feedback to internal teams on client experience and product improvements7. Assisting with special projects and initiatives to drive client success and company growth
Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology or software company2. Adaptability and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment3. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work collaboratively with others4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
