Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Service Manager to join our team at Intel in San Francisco, California. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing our client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and driving client satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise- Develop and maintain client account plans to identify growth opportunities- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their projects- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 8+ years of experience in client service management or a related field- Strong project management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Resourceful and reliable- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment- Experience with CRM software is a plus
