Job Description:
Tesoro is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client service and a mid-to-senior level of seniority. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building strong relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings- Understand and anticipate client needs, providing solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients- Monitor and track client satisfaction and retention rates, making adjustments as needed to maintain high levels of client engagement- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and profitability- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field- 7+ years of experience in client service or account management- Strong adaptability skills to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment- Demonstrated emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with clients' needs- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders- Hardworking attitude with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events
