Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Discovery Communications is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. This position will be remote and offers an opportunity for a dynamic individual with at least 3 years of experience to contribute to our success at an Associate Level.

Responsibilities:- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients- Manage client accounts, including maintaining accurate records and updating databases- Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and drive business growth- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or a related role- Strong communication and organizational skills- Demonstrated adaptability and resourcefulness in fast-paced environments- Ability to demonstrate leadership and emotional intelligence in client interactions- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
