Client Service Associate

LifePointe Financial Planning We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate in the financial services industry. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the overall operations of our firm.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, ensuring accurate resolution Assist clients with account openings, transfers, and other administrative tasks. Prepare and process client documentation, including forms and agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct regular account reviews and updates to ensure compliance with regulations firm policies.  Support financial advisors with client meetings, presentations, and portfolio reviews. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Previous experience in client services or financial services preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.  Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong team player with solid communication skills.  High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft and familiarity with CRM's - Redtail preferred.  Benefits
