Job Description:
Universal Health Services is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Service Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance as needed- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as necessary- Assist in coordinating client meetings and events- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction- Identify opportunities for service improvements and communicate them to management- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to better serve clients- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in client services or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
