Client Relations Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida, US. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely from your home office.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Monitor client accounts and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients- Provide feedback to management on client trends and market conditions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:- Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively from a home office- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- Innovative mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks for growth- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
