Responsibilities:1. Manage and nurture client relationships through regular communication and effective problem-solving.2. Plan and execute strategies to retain, expand, and enhance client partnerships.3. Address client inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.4. Use persuasion and effective communication skills to upsell services or products to existing clients.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.7. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.8. Provide regular reports on client satisfaction, retention, and profitability to management.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or sales.3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.8. Experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus.
