Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

WestRock is seeking a passionate and driven Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a remote part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise- Monitor client accounts and track progress towards meeting client goals and objectives- Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction to senior management- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in client relations, marketing, or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
