NextEra Energy is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a remote work position, with the opportunity to work from home or any location of your choice. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role.
Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns- Conduct research on client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and support- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferences to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner- Monitor client accounts and proactively address any potential issues or challenges- Track and report on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels- Continuously strive to improve the overall client experience and strengthen relationships- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client relations
Requirements:- Confident and passionate individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to effectively manage relationships with a diverse group of clients- Strong research skills and ability to gather and analyze data to inform client interactions- Experience with client relations software and CRM systems is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
