Job Description:

Fannie Mae is seeking a talented Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address any questions or concerns they may have- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate responses to client inquiries and requests- Provide support to clients during implementation and integration of our products and services- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention- Monitor client feedback and escalate any issues to management as needed- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 1 year of experience in client relations or customer service- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resourceful and confident in dealing with clients- Ability to manage people effectively and solve problems creatively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
