Job Description:
As a Client Relations Specialist at GrubHub in Fort Worth, Texas, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and expectations- Providing timely and accurate information to clients regarding their orders, deliveries, and account details- Resolving any issues or complaints that clients may have in a professional and efficient manner- Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth execution of client orders- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients- Maintaining client records and updating them as necessary- Analyzing client feedback and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall client experience
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role- Driven and dedicated attitude towards delivering excellent customer service- Creativity and attention to detail in problem-solving and communication- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
