Navistar International is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in client relations. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely responses and resolutions to their inquiries.- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and products to clients.- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the client experience.- Assist with conducting surveys or gathering feedback from clients to assess their satisfaction levels.- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue.- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities.- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
