Client Relations Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

Loews is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Relations Representative. This is a part-time, work from home position based in San Diego, California. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating excellent customer service skills- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to clients- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection
