Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Morgan Stanley is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or inquiries in a timely manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions to enhance the client experience- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement- Assist with strategic planning and problem-solving to enhance client relations strategies- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continually improve processes

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in client relations or a related field- Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
