Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Baker Hughes is seeking a talented Client Relations Representative to join our team remotely from Columbus, Ohio. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This position requires someone who is adaptable, driven, persuasive, and has strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to meet client needs and drive business growth- Communicate client feedback and insights to the appropriate departments to improve products and services- Track and analyze client metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand client accounts- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Driven to achieve goals and exceed expectations- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
