Client Relations Representative

As a Client Relations Representative at Asbury Automotive Group in Los Angeles, California, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers and providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Conduct research and analysis to understand client needs and preferences- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure a seamless experience- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals set by the company

Requirements:- Must be dedicated and resourceful in delivering exceptional customer service- Strong analytical and research skills to understand client needs and preferences- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
