Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Campbell Soup is looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction- Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences, and provide input to the sales and marketing teams- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of products and services- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients- Prepare and present reports on client feedback, satisfaction, and sales performance- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, promoting our products and services- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic- Excellent research skills and ability to analyze data- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
