Client Relations Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:INTL FCStone is seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, independent, possess strong time management skills, and have a knack for decision-making.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently- Monitor client accounts and transactions to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of products and services- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide proactive advice and support to clients- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients to showcase performance and progress

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution- Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
