Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Officer to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. You will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues to ensure high levels of customer retention.- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in client relations or a similar role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.- Resourceful and adaptable with the ability to work well under pressure.- Demonstrated leadership and innovation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
