Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Rite Aid is seeking a skilled Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to adapt to changing environments and be resourceful in problem-solving situations.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and escalations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels, implementing strategies to enhance overall client experience- Analyze client data and trends to provide insights for improving client relations strategies- Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and feedback to senior management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Creative problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
