Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Unity Technologies is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Relations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Denver, Colorado, US. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with regular updates and addressing any concerns they may have.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.- Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.- Prepare reports and presentations on client account status and performance.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in client relations or account management.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Exceptional planning and time management abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
