Job Description:
Rockwell Automation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relations Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This position is part-time and requires a candidate with a mid-to-senior level of experience in client relations.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement client relations strategies to maintain and grow client satisfaction and loyalty- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to understand their needs and preferences- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and maximize client retention- Prepare and present reports on client relations metrics and outcomes to senior management- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and solutions to meet their business goals- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve processes and results
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business results- Reliable and energetic personality traits- Proficiency in strategic planning and analysis as soft skills- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
