Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, the Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact with the company- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell products and services to existing clients- Resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner- Monitor client satisfaction through surveys and feedback to identify areas for improvement- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients- Provide regular updates to clients on new products, services, and industry trends- Analyze client data and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop client retention strategies- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships in a B2B environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Energetic and independent personality- Persuasion and cooperation skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Willingness to travel as needed
