JetBlue Airways is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for all client interactions, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company- Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase customer engagement and sales- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients- Conduct regular research and analysis on industry trends and client feedback to identify areas for improvement- Plan and execute client events and promotions to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty

Requirements:- Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude towards problem-solving and relationship-building- Strong planning and research skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective strategies- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and meeting sales targets- Experience in the airline industry is a plus
