Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and passionate Client Relations Associate to join our team at Baxter International. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Washington, D.C., US, and is ideal for someone who is at an entry level in their career with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and revenue growth- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our services- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience- Use strategic planning and decision-making skills to proactively address client needs and challenges

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Strategic planning and decision-making abilities- Confident and passionate about client relations
