Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Kindred Healthcare is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Associate for remote work in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time entry-level position with one year of experience required.

As a Client Relations Associate, your responsibilities will include:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship management- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement- Assisting with client onboarding and training processes as needed- Utilizing CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records- Contributing to the development of client engagement strategies to drive retention and growth
