Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Xcel Energy is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident and resourceful, with strong people management and time management skills.

Responsibilities:1. Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating client feedback and requirements.3. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.5. Assist in the onboarding of new clients, providing them with the necessary information and support.6. Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads and support the acquisition of new clients.7. Track and analyze client performance metrics, reporting on key findings to management.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.2. 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
