Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions in San Antonio, Texas, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are being met and exceeded. You will work closely with the sales and account management teams to understand client requirements, address any issues, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate client records and update databases with relevant information- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve overall client experience- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and proposals- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Confident and motivated with a strong desire to exceed client expectations- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
