Job Description:
Visteon, a leading global automotive supplier, is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service to clients- Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- Track and report on client interactions and feedback- Assist in developing and implementing client relationship strategies- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Hardworking and resourceful personality traits- Emotional intelligence and a high level of professionalism- Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
