Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

The Client Relations Associate at Aflac in Jacksonville, Florida will be responsible for enhancing client relationships through exceptional customer service and effective communication. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are independent, dedicated, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Provide assistance to clients with inquiries, claims, and policy changes- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management- Assist in the development of client engagement strategies- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and company products

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs- No prior experience required, training will be provided- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
