Job Description:
As a Client Relations Associate at XPO Logistics in Indianapolis, Indiana, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role. Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up to ensure their satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and manage client requests, orders, and shipments- Assist in resolving any issues or complaints that arise, working towards effective solutions- Educate clients on products or services offered by XPO Logistics to meet their needs and exceed their expectations- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve client relations strategies
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment- Energetic and reliable personality traits- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
