Client Manager / Healthcare Recruiter Needed

Job summary
HealthPlus Staffing is looking for Client Managers / Healthcare Recruiters to join our team (Commission only basis).Ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as an Agency Recruiter and brings in new business as an Account Manager.Must be committed and able to adapt to challenging situations.

Responsibilities
• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing clients within the Healthcare space.• Source, screen, interview, and introduce candidates to our clients nationwide.• Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records within CRM.• Utilize social media to promote job openings and find new candidates.• Communicate effectively with providers regarding job opportunities.• Negotiate with candidates.• Cold-call clients/candidates.
Requirements
• 2+ years of successful performance in Recruiting.• Creative and motivated approach to create, maintain, and grow book of business.• Must be coachable and willing to learn.• Must be goal-oriented and organized.• Knowledge in the medical space is preferred but not required.• Ability to meet weekly KPI's.• Must have a computer and cell phone to operate effectively.• This must be your ONLY job.• Must utilize and market HealthPlus Staffing on your LinkedIn account.• Must be available during normal business hours.• Must be ALL-IN.
