Job summary
Client Human Resources Business PartnerHybrid remote in Charlotte, NCADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients• Support ADP's most complex products/technologies• Solve client problems and provide solutions• Communicate with clients and exceed their expectations• Provide recommendations and educate clients• Interpret business issues and recommend solutions• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve HR issues• Provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions• Set priorities, multi-task, and provide prompt follow-up
Requirements
• 8-12 years of professional consulting experience• 8-12 years of experience in customer service or HR• Proven ability to produce positive results• College degree preferred but not required• HR certifications highly preferred• Strong interpersonal skills• Excellent communication skills• Ability to work independently and in a team• Knowledge of ADP products and technologies
