Responsibilities
• Serve as an HR expert for ADP's largest clients• Solve client problems and provide information on ADP solutions• Communicate with clients and exceed their expectations• Provide recommendations and best practices• Share knowledge with less experienced consultants• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues• Interpret business issues and recommend solutions• Manage an external client territory/book of business
Requirements
• Located in the Seattle, WA area/surrounding area• 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent• 5-8 years of experience in customer service or HR environment• College degree preferred but not required• HR certification or willingness to pursue in the first year
