Job Title Client Account Representative Job Description Client Account Representative (Malvern, PA) The Client Account Representative is the primary interface with Account Executives, Health Systems, and Clinical Practices, which is critical to maintaining account satisfaction.
Your role: Provide support via phone, email, and fax to Account Executives, clinics, and health systems.
Field product and process questions and coordinate interaction with operations.
Be the key point of contact for assigned regions and ensure all inquiries received are handled timely and with an accurate response.
Enroll/register new practices and staff members.
This is an individual contributor, hybrid position in Malvern, PA.
Comfortable working Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm ET.
You're the right fit if: You have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
You've acquired 2+ years of work experience; medical field and call center experience is a bonus.
Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Word/Excel), intermediate computer skills, can work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously, detail orientation, exceptional time management, and can multitask.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
