Responsibilities Execute a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, sanitizing and disinfecting kitchen and bath areas per client's request Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards Resolve noted reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience to ensure a great customer experience Adhere strictly to all health and safety rules and regulation standards and pursue marketplace best practices as a part of your business. Requirements Capacity to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly Possess the ability to prioritize and manage time properly to perform multiple tasks Working efficiently without compromising quality Fluent and knowledgeable in speaking and writing the English language Benefits Your compensation is based on a 25% revenue sharing model for the cost of each completed job.
Your compensation and payout options are the combination of the following:
