Your impact:Doing Trouble Reports/ClaimsMaking sure files are marked correctly for troublesKeeping a detailed list of all trouble reports for the buyer/buyers they assistFollowing up and making sure troubles are settled in a timely mannerEntering troubles into the systemMaking sure the troubles are resolved and closed out in the systemPutting the Troubles/Claims in the attachments and shipping the files accordinglyMaking sure Troubles/Claims are done in the correct formatAbout you:Working knowledge of computersDetail orientedOrganizedAble to manage deadlines and prioritiesPrevious experience would be ideal but is not necessaryWhat's in this for you?
