Qualifications:
Ability to work well in a high-pace dynamic environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure task completion and deadlines are met as required
Planning, scheduling, assigning, coordinating and monitoring the work of professional, and technical staff.
Planning, implementing and coordinating comprehensive programs and projects;
Thinking conceptually
Observing and evaluating trends
Operation of a personal computer and applicable software including CAD
Communicating effectively orally and in writing with supervisors, contractors, developers, employees, and community members.
Conducting research, analyzing data and compiling comprehensive reports, with recommendations.
Interpreting administrative guidelines and applying them to the work situation;
High level proficiency with "AutoCAD Civil 3D" and the ability to work with survey data.
Project management experience is required, and the ability to meet with clients and municipalities to explain and defend design details.
Site field experience and construction methods impacting civil and structural design
Experience with site preparation and drainage design.
Working knowledge of civil design software packages: Civil 3D
Self-motivated and self-directed
Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 6 years professional experience in related discipline
Professional Engineering (Civil/Structural) license in ID; ability to obtain WA license within 12 months
Experienced in all project phases from scope development, execution, and closeout
Experience in Project/Task Management
Experience in business development or experience working with clients and public entities
Required to have a valid driver's license, with an acceptable driving record.
Required to have strong technical writing abilities with experience using Microsoft Word.
Proficient with general computer skills (MS Office Suite etc.).
Must have superior customer service skills, be team-oriented and enjoy service-oriented work.
