Civil Engineer - Transportation/Roadway Drainage Systems

Qualifications: 3 days onsite in McLean, VA office and 2 days work from home each week Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field EIT or PE certification Experience with MicroStation Design is a MUST Strong knowledge of CADD and/or AutoCAD Experience in design build projects Knowledge of stormwater systems, drainage systems, roadway systems, and water retention systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Position Overview: The Civil Engineer is responsible for performing stormwater design, drainage design, roadway design, and water retention designs. In addition, the Civil Engineer provides technical advice to the team and other stakeholders in the project.
Key Responsibilities: Design of stormwater, drainage, roadway, and water retention systems Develop plans and specifications for construction projects Conduct field surveys and investigations Provide technical advice regarding the civil engineering plan Review site data and develop solutions Prepare and present reports on findings Benefits - Performance Based Bonus
