Responsibilities
• Direct/lead group of civil engineering project managers• Manage growth of public/private civil engineering projects• Assist with business development• Plan engineering projects, project design and construction management• Design engineering/construction observation for street and roadway construction, site development, storm water management, and site grading/erosion control• Manage workflow of project managers, engineers, designers, and interns• Provide municipal consulting
Requirements
• BS in Civil Engineering• 5+ years of licensed experience• PE License for Wisconsin; ability to obtain in other states• Strong knowledge of civil engineering• Project management and administrative experience
