Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Children's Services DirectorResponsible for the daily operations of ECEAP and the Child Development CenterFull-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities
• Direct and maintain a full integrated intergenerational program• Ensure compliance with Washington State Childcare Licensing and Regulations• Manage program philosophy, goals, objectives, and budget• Supervise and train employees• Serve as a resource to site supervisor, teachers, and parents• Conduct staff meetings and in-service training• Meet with parents to address concerns
Requirements
• Knowledge and understanding of early childhood development, learning theories, and curriculum development• Ability to instruct adults and interact with children• Strong communication and writing skills• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or AA in Early Education with a Bachelor's degree in education, social service or related field• Three years of supervisory experience in an early childhood setting• Bilingual Spanish preferred
