Summary Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part time 0.5 FTE Child Psychologist to join our Everett Medical Center team in Everett, Washington.
The ideal candidate should have experience with psychological testing and mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment for children and adolescents presenting with for broad range of mental health needs, including mood, anxiety, behavior disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders of childhood. Responsibilities would include conducting psychological assessments (test administration & interpretation), as well as providing outpatient psychotherapy to individual child and adolescent patients and their families. The candidate should have skills in psychological testing, cognitive therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT), behavioral therapies as well as parent management strategies. Experience in working with kids on the spectrum and substance use disorders is a plus.
The applicant must have an unrestricted license in Washington State to practice psychology.
Everett Medical Center is a multispecialty medical center. Lab, Radiology and Pharmacy on site. Office hours are 8:30am - 8pm Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5pm on Saturday.
As a condition of employment, all clinicians and employees are required to verify COVID-19 vaccination status. Compensation and Benefits The entire salary range for the clinician position is $107,399 to $126,352 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $107,399 to $120,034 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, receive employer contributions to the 401(k) plan, and enroll in our cash balance pension plan. Employees will also receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will receive continuing medical education leave and funding.

Located about 25 miles north of Seattle, Everett is a Pacific-Rim city situated on Port Gardner Bay. Home to Everett Marina, the largest public marina on the West Coast, Snohomish County Airport at Paine Field, and the Port of Everett Seaport, the fastest growing commercial export port on the west coast.
