As the Center Director, you will be key to delivering this mission. We would like you to join our team as soon as possible to lead the management of day-to-day operations, implement our patented Life Essentials curriculum and help us build a positive and nurturing Academy culture for the staff and children in our care.We will provide you with excellent training and mentorship and growth opportunities, support from our onsite owners and a competitive salary and benefits package.Position Overview:As Center Director, you will be responsible for effectively operating and managing all aspects of a child care facility, including enrollment building, family retention, human resources, marketing and quality assurance.You will be a leader and mentor who trains and develops the teaching staff to provide creative, age-appropriate programs to all children by effectively implementing our Life Essentials curriculum. Actively developing and maintaining positive customer/community relations. Maintaining high-capacity utilization and managing all resources effectively and within budget.
